How it all started...

 

After bartending for 30 years, I never imagined owning my own bar.  At the time, there were three bars that had all closed within a three-mile radius, so I began my search looking for the perfect spot to start my endeavor.  I spent three weeks sitting in the parking lots to watch the traffic flow, just to determine which space would be the best.  I was scared and nervous but knew I had to take the next step.  My friends and I worked tirelessly through late nights and hospital visits (falling off a ladder and shattering my leg) to get the bar finished and the permits in place.

“One More” Bar opened its doors on May 29, 2013 and I haven’t looked back since!  I’ve been so blessed with the most amazing customers and am extremely grateful to have such a fun-loving place to share and make memories.  Between the good times and the bad, I’ve been through them all and have learned so much.  It’s such an honor to have the opportunity to serve my customers and be the best boss possible to my employees.  Thank you all!
